You agree to provide  at your sole responsibility current, complete and accurate Shipping and Contact information.  Errors and inaccurate shipping and contact information generates delays, returns and other issues during transportation that may result in extra costs for you. This issue is specially relevant for shipments outside the European Union as a return fee, handling and shipping costs might add up to 45€/52USD/70AUD and are not refundable. Blawesome Ventures, S.L is a Spanish company incorporated under Spanish law. The purchaser of the product is informed that the product is delivered in perfect conditions in compliance with applicable European Union regulations. The purchaser imports the product at his own risk, exempting Blawesome Ventures S.L. from any liability arising from its possession and use, both by the purchaser and by third parties, outside the borders of the European Union. The possible controversies that could arise derived from the present commercial relation will be resolved before the Spanish courts, submitting both parts to its jurisdiction. In any case, both parties accept that any judicial action must be preceded by a reliable requirement addressed to Blawesome Ventures, S.L. and the submission of the controversy to an international mediation prior to the judicial process will be mandatory, proposing a mediator or mediating institution that will be designated by mutual agreement between the parties.
